The taxable items described above, or on the attached order or invoice, will be resold, rented or leased by me within the geographical limits of the United States of America, its territories and possessions or within the geographical limits of the United Mexican States, in their present form or attached to other taxable items to be sold.

I understand that if I make any use of the items other than retention, demonstration or display while holding them for sale, lease or rental, I must pay sales tax on the items at the time of use based upon either the purchase price or the fair market rental value for the period of time used.

I understand that it is a criminal offense to give a resale certificate to the seller for taxable items that I know, at the time of purchase, are purchased for use rather than for the purpose of resale, lease or rental, and depending on the amount of tax evaded, the offense may range from a Class C misdemeanor to a felony of the second degree.

Terms & conditions

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, or the products shipped are defective,damaged, any Shortage or not the one you ordered you MUST INFORM US with in 7 days of shipment received by Email only at Sales.Mewar@gmail.com

(1) We will take returns (not any custom orders ) within 7 days of the shipment delivery date by the shipping carrier, if you want to return any items which you do not like, defective or wrong order, please inform us within 7 days of the shipment delivery date if it item is eligible for return, We will issue a RA (Return Authorization) number.

(2) Our receiving desk won't accept any returns without RA number and your box will be refused, it is very important to mention RA number outside the box so we can process your refund or store credit quickly. In case we receive the box without RA number it will be refused by our receiving desk.

(3) All the return Items must be in original packing with the original tag attached to the item and in unused condition. If product is eligible for return, and if we receive return after 7 days from delivery date, there will be a 20% Restocking fees subject to apply NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping cost will not be refunded unless it was an error from our shipping department.

(4) All Custom orders cannot be cancelled in any condition whether down payment made or not, customer is liable to pay total price of the custom order.

(5) Any refused or unclaimed boxes are under 20% restocking fees and customer will be liable for the shipping cost.

(6) USPS do not deliver boxes to our suite, so do not send any boxes with USPS (United States Parcel Service) if you send any package by USPS, Mewar Jewels is not responsible for those package for refund or store credit.

(7) We do not accept American Express Credit card for mail and telephone orders.

(8) All Credit cards must have correct billing address and correct zip code, if card declines because of wrong billing address, it will show on your current card statement and it will hold the amount, we are not holding these amounts but your card issuer bank does, we cannot help on releasing those hold, so please make sure you provide correct billing address to us.


Repair Policy


We stand by the quality of our products and will do our best to cover basic repairs or defects on any item under our repair policy. Due to the increased cost of our repairs last year, it is not feasible for us to continue providing a free repair service without increasing our margin, so we decided not to add extra cost on our product and rather charge repair cost if needed. We experienced lot of jewelry came for repair not due to manufacturing defect but improper care of jewelry (i.e. breakage due to falling/hitting on hard surface, accidental breakage or dent) We appreciate and thanks for support & understanding on new repair policy.

1. Please do not ship any returns or repair repairwithout getting return authorizing RMA#We will not accept boxes without RMA number on it. Before requesting a repair authorization, please be ready with a detailed description of the repair including the item number and a clear photograph of the item, if possible.

2. If you find any manufacturing defect within first 7 days of purchase date, please inform us, we will do a free repair or replacement of similar item or credit of amount you paid. You must inform us by email only with in first 7 days of Purchase date. Mewar Jewels retains the right to refuse repairs shipped without authorization. 3. After approving return for repair, please pack jewelry in a well-padded hard container and ship. Shipping insurance and signature required service is recommended.

4. Shipping charges both way to & from are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded if the product is over seven days of sales Invoice.

5. Any accidental breakage which includes broken stone, loosing stone or any damage to the product, if it is repairable and we accept to repair, it might need to send to our factory for repairing, it will incur an additional repair cost plus material/stone cost if needed. If jewelry need to send to the factory will take more than 4 weeks to fix it.

6. Any small pave diamond fall out or missing ( from 0.7mm to 1.2mm ) we will fix free of cost for first 3 months of the purchase. After 3 months customer need to pay repair cost.

7. For any type of repair customer need to pay all shipping charges to and from any (both way) unless it is under 7 days free repair period.

8. Approximate cost of repairs: Each diamond fixing starts from $6.00, any laser soldering starts from $12/ shot, resizing starts from $20 & up, lost color stone cost depends on the stone.
